Mark Barbir is the CEO at Earmark. He has more than 20 years of design and development experience and is driven by building great teams that make great products. Mark was the CTO at Santa Barbara-based ProductPlan through it's acquisition in 2023. Prior to that, he was the head of engineering at MINDBODY, Inc. serving 60,000 boutique wellness
clients and millions of consumers. Mark lives in the San Luis Obispo area with his wife and three sons. He enjoys hanging out at local beaches, camping, and going to concerts.
