In 2011, Marge Hoey was named Senior Vice President, Global Director of Talent for Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG), a leading global provider of marketing services.
In this position, Marge oversees the HR team for corporate employees at IPG and the company’s HR information systems as well as corporate policies. She also serves an important role
working on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Previously, Hoey worked at IPG as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since 1994. In that time, she worked closely with all of the company’s corporate departments and its major agencies on a broad range of matters, from industry issues to acquisitions, employment law and the talent function. She helped build an industry-leading legal team at Interpublic and played a leading role in the creation of IPG’s Women’s Leadership Network as an Executive Sponsor. Prior to joining IPG, she served as Senior Counsel at Grey Advertising.
Marge has a Law Degree and an MBA from Fordham University and is a graduate of Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York.
