I have successfully established a number of new business start-ups and completed numerous venture capital projects, M&A and private placements, with deals at multi-million level. This includes working in renowned international companies such as Merrill Lynch and Amadeus.

As an entrepreneur, I created and/or developed MASSAM, a finance consulting company, Magna Navis Cruises, a niche cruise operation in Malta and China, a luxury vacation rental company and Alteria Automation, an industry 4.0 technology company aiming to digitalise industrial production lines. The management of these companies involved extensive sales, business development, modelling, financings, creating corporate strategies and investor relations.

During my professional career, I have always been an inspirational and motivational leader, capable of managing up to 50 team members and leading recruitment drives. Furthermore, I have participated in financial communication campaigns, worldwide roadshows, sales and marketing projects, and led several training courses.

In my academic career, I was educated in some of the top schools in the United States and Europe (Georgetown University, Harvard University, Oxford University and Beau Soleil in Switzerland). I obtained honours graduations (cum laude) from Georgetown and Beau Soleil. Further, I lived in Spain (Madrid & Valencia), Switzerland (Villars-sur-Ollon), England (Worcester, Oxford & London), the U.S. (Miami, Boston, DC & New York). I also spent extended periods of time in Shanghai and Malta.
