As Vice President of Operations, Maria Odoardi is responsible for Softchoice’s day-to-day functions that support our customer fulfillment including managing the company’s Order Management, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Support functions, in addition to overseeing our Facilities strategy and management. In her role, Maria is accountable for
driving continuous improvements to Softchoice’s world-class supply chain and management systems and supporting the entire organization with facilities that reflect our culture and inspire teamwork and achievement. After starting her career at Softchoice in the finance department in 1995, Maria progressed through a variety of increasingly senior assignments across several areas of the business where her roles included Director of Financial Administration, Director of Operations, Vice President of People and currently Vice President of Operations. Maria has a Bachelor of Sociology from the University of Toronto, continued education in Accounting and Human Resource Management and facilitator certifications in several learning and development programs. Maria’s cross-functional leadership roles also include being the Executive Sponsor to the company’s Diversity & Inclusion programs (ONEsoftchoice).
