Maria Hak is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. Most recently she served as Managing Partner of MH Capital Partners, LLC where she sourced investment opportunities for private equity clients with whom she co-invested. Prior to MH Capital, she led several start-up companies in the business
services, consumer products and media sectors. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hak headed the corporate business development group at 21st Century Fox, Inc. She also worked in investment banking focused on high yield finance. Ms. Hak previously served on the Board of Directors of Personnel Concepts. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with high honors from The University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
