Marcus is the Interim CFO of Abacas. He is a qualified accountant and has extensive experience in Corporate Finance. Marcus has held senior positions at global finance and banking institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland, GE Capital and Deloitte. Marcus started his career at KPMG and Deloitte, working in their Audit, Transaction Services
and Corporate Finance departments. At RBS, he worked in their Structured Finance Team, transacting private equity and corporate deals, with debt size between GBP20-300M. Marcus also worked closely with the bank's conduit teams advising on debt structures with multi-tranches and the financing of different asset classes. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) of Canada, holds a CISI Level 3 certificate in Investment and is FCA (UK) CF30 qualified.
