I approached computers and technology as a child inheriting the passion of my father, an industrial automation technician, who encouraged and supported me in my educational path in the electrical engineering field.
I started my professional career at a small but ambitious startup where I had the opportunity to deal with many positions such as
administration, purchasing, sales, and support in the marketing and commercial strategies definition. A strong experience that forged from the beginning my business approach to the company's growth and development. Afterward, I established myself as the Project Manager for a leading company in cosmetics production for third parties. There, I also designed a Visual Basic software to improve internal communication between departments and the management of information related to new projects. To diversify and strengthen my skills, I attended courses in basic and advanced iOS programming, web and social media marketing, business administration, corporate finance & control, etc.
In late 2017, I decided to pursue an entrepreneurial path that gave rise to iUP, an innovative startup officially established in May 2018, committed to developing and marketing smartphone applications of its own conception. The project on which I immediately focused my attention is 2REC, whose goal is to evolve audio content into a means of communication capable of enhancing users’ emotional components.
The vision behind the project has earned me several awards, such as passing the “Global Startup Program” selections twice in a row, an initiative of the MISE (Italian Ministry of Economic Development) promoted on the national territory. In 2019, this tender allowed me to participate in a three-month acceleration path in Silicon Valley at the Plug & Play Tech Center headquarters, one of the most renowned accelerator hubs, while, next summer, giving me access to the “International ScaleUp” at the Mind The Bridge accelerator in Los Angeles. Furthermore, the ICE (the Italian Agency for the promotion of Italian companies abroad) called me to represent sector innovation at “GITEX Future Stars 2020” in Dubai, the main digital-tech event in the Middle East, at the latest installment of “CES” in Las Vegas (virtual edition), the most important technology fair in the world, and at the 2021 editions of the “Mobile World Congress” in Barcelona, the most prestigious event in the mobile sector.
