Marco Nespolo became CEO of Fedrigoni Group in November 2018. Before joining Fedrigoni, Marco was CEO of Cerved Group during its public company phase between 2016 and 2018, after his role as General Manager of Operations from 2013 to 2016.
Marco started his career as a financial analyst at Citibank in 1997, before joining Bain & Company in
1998 as a consultant until 2005. Between 2005 and 2013 he worked for Bain Capital in London where he was in charge of development and post-acquisition value creation activities for portfolio companies, both in Europe and globally. At Bain Capital he managed TeamSystem, FCI, Ideal Standard (managing ad interim the Southern Europe region in 2008), Styron/Trinseo (managing ad interim the Emulsion Polymers division for part of 2012), Atento and Cerved Group (as Vice-Chairman until the sale to CVC in 2013).
Marco has a degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University of Milan.
