Marc Willency leads Electric Lightwave as the CEO and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. A telecommunications veteran, he has broad experience leading network solutions, operations, customer service and sales-related organizations.
Willency joined Integra in 2015 from Level 3 Communications where he served as group vice president for
customer solutions and enablement, overseeing several sales, operations, and customer experience management functions in the North American region. Previous to that, he served as senior vice president of customer operations at tw telecom and held a number of senior positions in operations, sales and support, and customer experience. Willency holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in telecommunications.
