Marc’s time at IBM began as a systems and network engineer. Later he changed his focus to system testing. The focus is on software and hardware integration. As a test engineer he increased the quality, security and performance of network deployments. Marc also owned a general contracting / custom home building company from 2005 until 2014
providing a high quality product in a very tight market while still making an above average 5% profit. To be successful at contracting he honed his project management skills. In 2014 he shifted his focus entirely to Innovation Recycling where he brings together his talents of engineering, testing, and project management.
In his free time Marc enjoys hiking, playing Frisbee, learning foreign languages, and most importantly spending time with his beautiful daughters. One of which is attending Northern Arizona University on a academic scholarship and another is an aspiring surgeon.
