Marc Lower is the Vice President of Sales at Continuus Materials. He was a former Operating partner at Pegasus Capital.
Marc Lower brings over 20 years of experience in retail operations and consumer packaged goods. He provides new business innovation; product and brand development; marketing strategy and execution to our portfolio companies.
Marc has worked with several top retailers in the world including Wegmans, Kroger, Costco, Safeway, Loblaws, Aeon, Lotte, Pick n’ Pay, Walgreens, CVS, and Advance Auto. He has also worked with hundreds of manufacturers - both domestic and international - to develop dozens of brands and hundreds of products across virtually every product category.
He created and implemented several retail programs in the Premium, Ethnic, Natural/Organic, and Health & Wellness segments. Working for Daymon Worldwide, a global sales and marketing company, Marc created their innovation division designed to bring new value-added products and programs to market. Much of his work was focused on organizational structure, process, and building dynamic collaborative partnerships with retailers, suppliers, and other third parties.
He instigated significant behavioral change by developing an environment of trust and transparency along with individual empowerment and accountability.
