Marc has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. As Vice President Corporate Development, he oversees Halogen's corporate development activities, including strategic partnerships and merger and acquisitions to help fuel the company's growth.
Prior to joining Halogen in 2014, Marc was involved with various startups
and was instrumental in taking them from early stage to acquisition. He served as VP of Business Development at BrightSpark Ventures, a next-generation venture capital firm that invests to build and grow early-stage software companies. He then became VP of Business Development at Think Dynamics and was instrumental in the company being acquired by IBM to become part of its autonomic computing initiative. Marc held various positions spanning over a decade at IBM, where he worked on an assortment of acquisition deals within IBM that contributed to the company's revenue and extended its technological footprint.
Marc holds a BA in Communications from the University of Windsor. He also holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the University of Windsor.
