Marc Broussard is the VP of Survey Operations at Delta Field Services. Marc Broussard is the Vice President of Survey & Mapping for Fenstermaker. He joined the firm in 1982 and left to launch his own company, M. J. Broussard, Inc., in 1996. Im 2012, Broussard returned to Fenstermaker as Lafayette Survey Leader. During his initial tenure, he
advanced quickly within the survey team to serve as a Project Manager and Administrative Assistant of Special Projects. Now, he brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, operational management, and team leadership. As a seasoned expert and executive in the surveying field, Marc Broussard plays an integral role in moving Fenstermaker forward using his strong technical, business, and managerial qualifications.
Marc Broussard graduated from the University of Louisiana (UL) in 1978 with a B.S. in Geology. He is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Louisiana and contributes to his profession as an active member of several organizations, including the Louisiana Society of Professional Surveying (LSPS), National Society of Professional Land Surveyors (NSPS), and American Congress on Surveying & Mapping (ACSM). His work experience and extensive surveying knowledge make him an accomplished leader in guiding his diverse team members to reach new levels of success in the competitive surveying world.
Adept at analyzing critical business elements, managing projects, and fostering teamwork, Marc Broussard’s main responsibility in leading Fenstermaker’s Lafayette survey team focuses on effectively managing operations, resources, and talent. He focuses his energy on financial and performance efficiency, team building, smart planning, and strengthening client relations. Fully in support of the company’s commitment to advancing team members internally and recruiting the right people, he is eager to mentor and collaborate with his current team while keeping an eye out for new talent to compliment Lafayette Survey and propel its progress.
