Mr. Manjay Shah – an Ex. whole-time Director – leads the FTIL’s marketing efforts. He is keenly involved in building a customer-focused organization with a high-level of customer acquisition, retention, and delight. His mandate encompasses entire aspects of institutional/retail marketing and business development.
Following organizational
restructuring, he has assumed the helms of TickerPlant as Managing Director
Mr. Shah’s forte is in building long-term win-win relationships with strategic institutional and retail members. Under his dynamic leadership, the FTIL Group has established a symbiotic association with its members, beyond the realm of transactional business.
Having maintained strong business relationship with key accounts, he has contributed significantly to acquire strategic and high-profile institutional accounts, including all major exchange subsidiaries, leading institutional brokerage houses and premier stock exchanges of India etc. By virtues of dedicated efforts and immaculate leadership, he has played a significant role in ensuring quality memberships in all exchanges of the FTIL.
Mr. Shah and his team have ensured global best practices in the organization, which has resulted in achieving and sustaining over 80% market share in India for the entire bouquet of FTIL’s electronic trading suite consistently over the last decade. He has played a vital role in introducing FTIL’s technology to regional exchanges in India. Gifted with exemplary leadership, communication, analytical and organizational abilities, he has developed an industry-leading marketing team for driving sales and marketing excellence, sales force effectiveness, enterprise accounts, and strategic marketing initiatives, which has enabled FTIL to stand out vis-à-vis competition.
He has also streamlined FTIL’s administration department to ensure seamless processes and co-ordination among the group companies. He has also played a key role in ensuring creation of a world-class infrastructure for FTIL’s human capital.
Mr. Shah – a graduate in Electrical Engineering – is an avid reader. He spends his leisure time reading about the latest global customer trends and understanding their relevance in Indian context.
