Manickababu is the Founder and CEO at Faro (Faroverse.ai), a startup that leverages AI to improve customer engagement. With an MBA from Santa Clara University and an MS in Computer Science, along with over 20 years of experience in software development, data engineering, and web applications, I am passionate about building scalable, cutting-edge
products that solve real-world problems and create positive social impact.
As a hands-on leader, I have led and grown high-performance engineering teams for major technology platforms, such as Prosper Marketplace and Auction.com, through end-to-end product development, delivery, and rapid growth. I have also filed nine patents collaboratively as a co-inventor in the fields of consumer finance, advertising, coupon distribution, and security technologies.
Additionally, I serve as an advisor and angel investor for several startups in the fintech and blockchain space, sharing my insights, expertise, and network.
