Graduated from Western Michigan University in 1985 with a Master of Science in Operation Research with Economics emphasis. He has 17 years of working experience in various industries including the Petroleum, Property Management, Integrated Facility Management, and Construction. He has worked with multinational and local corporations such as ESSO,
L&G, Propel-Johnson Controls and Beta Strategy. Started in ESSO as Sales Representative and later promoted into planning and business development. He was then awarded for 3 consecutive years the Salesman ESSO Award in 1989,1990 and 1991. In L&G he was assigned into the group audit and property management arm. In 1997 he joined PROPEL-Johnson Controls managing a nationwide call center and later enhanced the call center function into a data management and resource center.
