Mr. Kostuchenko is a co-founder and Managing Partner of EEF. Prior to EEF, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of MTS Health Partners, LP (“MTS”) where he focused on growth equity investments and lower-middle market buyouts.
Prior to MTS, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of KPS Kapital, LLC, a boutique merchant bank, and prior to KPS, he worked in the
investment banking division at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Kostuchenko serves on EEF’s Investment Committee. He serves on the Board of Directors of NextCare Urgent Care, Primary Care Associates, Prospira PainCare, Triton Technologies, VantagePoint Laboratory Partners, VPL, WellBiz Brands, and WhiteGlove Health.
Mr. Kostuchenko received a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
