With over twenty-five years of financial experience, Malcolm has a broad background in all
areas of accounting and finance, including expertise in equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, data modeling, ERP implementation, and strategic planning across many industries. Prior to joining Corsica Technologies, Malcolm lead both Hosted Solutions and Bulk TV & Internet through sales transactions valued in excess of $100M each.
Malcolm graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Accounting and holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of North Carolina, Malcolm is member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
