Malcolm is a chartered accountant and works alongside the Finance director ensuring the financial governance of the Group.
Having specific responsibility for the Property division Malcolm works closely with the Board of Directors and management team in the financial appraisal, management and control of existing and new projects throughout the
UK.
Prior to joining Sigma in April 2012, he worked for a substantial privately held property company for nine years working on various investment and development opportunities encompassing office, industrial and retail sectors. During this time Malcolm was involved in the acquisition, on-going management, development and disposal of a number of property schemes ranging in value from £1m to in excess of £100m.
