Maher Hammoud is Vice President – Head of Private Equity & Corporate Development at Olayan Financing Company, where he is responsible for managing the company’s private equity investments and advising its operating companies on mergers and acquisitions. Olayan Financing Company, part of The Olayan Group, manages the group’s investments and
businesses in the MENA region.
Prior to joining OFC, Maher was Managing Director – Head of Principal Investments at Shuaa Capital, managing proprietary investments and overseeing key operating subsidiaries. Before that, he was Senior Associate at Booz & Co. (now Strategy&).
Maher holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School, MBA from the Lebanese American University and Bachelor of Science from St. Mary’s University (Canada).
