Maggie Yang is the Co-Founding Partner of Xiang He Capital. She mainly focuses on the opportunities of the internet and mobile internet’s penetration into traditional industries, such as online education, logistics, online medical, B2B; consumption upgrade and culture, entertainment and content sectors.
Maggie used to be an Executive Director of
investment department of Baidu Inc. From 2010 to 2015, she worked with Mr. Tang on a number of milestone transactions such as the acquisition of 91 Wireless, investment into iQiyi, acquisition of PPS, etc; she also led and completed Baidu’s investments in Kuaishou, Youxin, and Lianjia, etc. Before joining Baidu, Maggie worked at Ernst & Young for 8 years, with 4 years at Audit and another 4 years at Transaction Advisory Services department, helping private equity and multinational corporations with their investments and M&A in China.
Maggie received her bachelor degree from the University of Hong Kong in business administration. She is a CPA and CFA Charterholder.
