Maggie Li, the CFO of Fengshion Capital, has the international and domestic audit, finance, budget, tax and other professional knowledge and more than ten years working experiences in various industries. Maggie was the financial director of Renren Inc., the senior financial consultant in IFM management consulting firm and the assistant manager of
KPMG Beijing office. She was in charge of the overall work of the US IPO and has been involved in the audit & assurance service to the listed companies in the United States, mainland China, Hong Kong and other stock markets. Maggie graduated from Beijing University of Technology and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting management. She has obtained professional certificates such as CICPA, AICPA and international internal auditor (CIA).
