Mads Videbaek is the Managing Partner at Njord Partners, which he joined in 2014 shortly after its formation. He is responsible for the firm’s operations, capital formation, and business development.
Before joining Njord Partners, he was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, based in London, where he focused on business development,
client relations and marketing. Prior to that, his experience spans from sales and client advisory at Morgan Stanley, to credit and macroeconomic research end portfolio management at PIMCO and Standard & Poor’s.
Mads holds a MSc in Economics from Aarhus University and a MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick.
