Martin’s financial expertise serves one of the largest divisions in the HCA portfolio. He began at HCA in October 2013, the same day Erol Akdamar assumed his role as division president.
Prior to joining the HCA North Texas Division, Martin worked at the Methodist Healthcare System, an HCA Joint Venture for 15 years most recently serving as the
CFO for Methodist Hospital and Methodist Children’s Hospital. During his tenure, the system experienced phenomenal growth and expansion and Martin was instrumental in improving earnings growth, productivity, and overall performance. Prior to that tenure in San Antonio, Martin worked in HCA’s Internal Audit Department in Nashville after serving 5 years in public accounting firms in Memphis, TN and Nashville, TN.
Martin is an honors graduate of Memphis State University in Memphis, Tennessee.
