Mr. Albert is a Managing Director of Crescent Capital Group LP (“Crescent”) focusing on mezzanine and a member of Crescent’s Management Committee. Prior to joining the team in 2006, Mr. Albert was a Managing Director with Legacy Partners Group, L.L.C. Prior thereto, Mr. Albert was responsible for covering financial sponsor groups on behalf of
investment banking firms, including Credit Suisse First Boston, Bear Stearns & Co., Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. Mr. Albert is a Director of American Beacon Advisors, Inc. and Arden Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARDNA). In addition, Mr. Albert is a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Matthew’s Parish School and is also a member of the Board of Governors, the Investment Committee and the Pension Investment Committee for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Mr. Albert received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and his A.B. from Stanford University.
