Mr Hariharan, Director at Savoir Faire Management, has nearly two decades of consultancy experience in the field of Cost Management, Lean Thinking, Constraint Management, Management Control Systems and Business Excellence. He has Developed Cost Information Systems to support, pricing, outsourcing and control decisions using the Cost Excellence
Model.
He has presented papers in various national and international conferences and his articles have been published in various business newspapers and business magazines. Hari is also a core member of the Total Cost Management initiative of CII-TCM Cell.
Mr Hariharan is a CA by education. He is also a visiting faculty in some of the top b-schools in the country.
