Lynne joined AdviserPlus in 2005 as an HR Consultant, with responsibility for front line delivery of ER advice and guidance to clients, and was instrumental in the development and leadership of our Advisory Services team. Lynne is now Client Director and has responsibility for client satisfaction, client development and leads the operational client
delivery unit.
Lynne has more than 20 years of experience in HR. She joined AdviserPlus from JohnsonDiversey (formerly a Unilever business), where she was HR Business Partner and was instrumental in the organisation design and development of the National Sales force. In addition Lynne was the HR workstream lead (UK) for several projects relating to the transfer of product manufacturing from the UK business to Europe and Asia.
