Lyn Crawford has considerable experience of dispute resolution across the construction and engineering sector. Significant cases include design and workmanship issues surrounding the cracking of concrete in an industrial composting facility; the collapse of a tunnel at a hydro-power station; and large fires at hotels and power stations.
She has a
particular expertise in advising major insurance clients on CAR and liability claims arising on construction and engineering projects, including joint insurance issues. She speaks fluent German and good French, and has handled numerous claims in foreign jurisdictions.
Lyn has been recommended in the Legal 500 for Insurance Litigation.
