Dampeer is our Corporate Vice President, U.S. Investor Communication Solutions. He is responsible for our U.S. regulatory communication services, and for our issuer and transfer agency services. Prior to the appointment to his current role in 2012, Dampeer served as the head of our U.S. regulatory communications services including post-sale
fulfillment from 2009. Dampeer joined ADP’s Brokerage Services Group in 2000 as Vice President, Client Services. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior management positions at companies providing outsourcing services.
