Lydia is a successful entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. She co-leads RLB Holdings, serving as one of its two managing directors. As such Lydia is deeply engaged in all phases of RLB's strategic direction, portfolio development and management. Lydia plays a leading role in the identification of investment opportunities, seeking out
those poised for growth and in line with the core values of RLB Holdings. Lydia enjoys and actively participates in the evaluation and due diligence process associated with vetting new investment opportunities. In addition, Lydia serves as an advisor and/or board member for several portfolio companies. Under her direction, RLB has broadened the scope of its investments to include biotechnology companies.
In 2013 Lydia founded The Bartoszek Family Foundation. She serves in the principal role in determining the foundation's area of influence, building its core leadership team and guiding a vibrant inaugural strategic planning process.
Lydia is co-founder of Simple Wishes, a company that designs and sells innovative products for women. A graduate of Columbia University, Lydia earned her bachelor's degree in political science with a focus in international relations. Lydia is currently pursuing post graduate study at the George H. Heyman, Jr. Center at NYU for Philanthropy and Fundraising.
