I grew up witnessing the unwavering dedication of my parents, who worked tirelessly to provide for our family despite not having the opportunity to finish their education. Their commitment ensured that my siblings and I could pursue local higher education.
Inspired by their perseverance, I developed a deep passion for innovation, education, and
entrepreneurship. I founded my first venture, Tech for Kids Academy, to eqiup the next generation with necessary digital literacy, skills, and social entrepreneurship. My journey led me to the United Kingdom, where I studied my Master’s degree in Business Innovation from Birkbeck, University of London as a Chevening Scholar. This experience broadened my horizons and reinforced my commitment to driving meaningful change. Later, I founded TOPTIMIZE Co., Ltd., aiming to support small and medium enterprises in achieving sustainable growth and embracing circular economy principles. Upon returning to Cambodia, I had the honor of serving as the President of the British Chevening Alumni Association of Cambodia.
I believe that innovation, when combined with a strong sense of purpose, can transform communities and inspire future leaders. My work continues to focus on promoting sustainable development, ESG practices, and creating opportunities that can lead to lasting, positive change for humanity.
