Marson is cofounder, CEO Americas, and principal architect for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central at iXerv, a global consulting SAP partner. He is an experienced solution architect and widely recognized expert in SAP SuccessFactors solutions and SAP ERP HCM. He provides end-to-end HR and HR technology strategy, advisory, assessments, roadmaps,
transformation, optimization, and implementation services for large, global enterprise customers. He has proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and in integrating SAP SuccessFactors solutions with SAP ERP HCM, as well as working with customers on assessing cloud migration and building adoption road maps and strategies. To date, he has completed over 15 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors integration engagements.
