Prior to joining Kinross Luke held roles in the financial industry as well as as an entrepreneur. Luke holds an HBA, Management from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario), and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
