Luke is currently the Director of Customer Success at AppZen. Previously, Luke has built and led Customer Success functions at Afresh, Clearbit, AppsFlyer, and Alto. Luke was a also a founding team member of Customer Success at Optimizely where he grew the Customer Success Manager organization from 1 to 25+ people as revenue scaled from $2M to
$95M. Functions/programs overseen: new customer onboarding, usage & adoption, customer lifecycle, churn management, and enterprise renewals.
Prior to joining Optimizely, Luke was a partner at Acacia Capital Management, a long/short equity hedge fund in Beijing, China. Luke currently serves as an investor and advisor to a portfolio of software and consumer startups focusing on underrepresented founders at DBT Ventures.
