She is passionate about leveraging big data to develop marketing strategies that improves customer satisfaction and drives business bottom-line revenue growth. Before joining J. Crew, Lucy worked at different sectors of travel and hospitality industry including casino, hotel, timeshare and
vacation rental. She graduated from Cornell University and considers herself “Hotelie for Life”.
