Lucy brings 10 years of experience in marketing and business to Ludi Inc. She began her career in health care at Subimo/WebMD, where she managed the implementation of client based online solutions. She then worked in the provider domain, for the Adventist Health System in Chicago before her graduate work.
As Director of Service, Lucy works
to implement and support clients using DocTime Log®. The web-based solution assists organizations in managing physician agreements with an automated solution for physicians to track time worked in non-patient care. The solution solves operational challenges related to managing physician agreements – delighting physicians, increasing compliance, providing checks and balances on physician payments. Lucy manages implementations and the service of the platform to increase the return on the investment for clients.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Iowa. After beginning her career in health care, she returned to school to complete her Master’s of Business in Marketing and Management at Indiana University.
