Lucy Green has been innovating telecommunications products and services since 1991. She has been Managing Director of Larato Limited since 2005 when she established the company to focus on the transition of the telecoms and IT markets to converged ICT.
Prior to this, Lucy served in senior Product, Development and Marketing positions in the
fixed, mobile and satellite communications industries. As Product Director at ntl business, she was behind one of the UK’s most successful Enterprise Ethernet portfolios. As Product and Marketing Director at Kingston, she built the satellite division’s product portfolio that now trades successfully under the Arqiva brand, as well as supporting the group’s overall B2B strategy for fixed and mobile telephony.
Prior to this, Lucy spent seven years at News Corporation where she productised the technology emerging from the build of the Sky TV platform. She marketed the resultant suite of software and hardware products, supported the establishment of NDS and then led the integration of NDS’ broadcast system portfolio into Tandberg Television.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of London as well as a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Particle Physics from the University of Oxford. She has attended the Strategic Management Development Programme at Roffey Park.
