Lucas Kello is Senior Lecturer in International Relations at Oxford University. He serves as Director of the Centre for Technology and Global Affairs, a major research initiative on the impact of modern technology on international relations, government, and society. He is also co-Director of the interdisciplinary Centre for Doctoral Training in
Cyber Security at the Department of Computer Science. His recent publications include The Virtual Weapon and International Order (Yale University Press), a book that explains the transforming impact of the current cyber revolution on national security and international affairs.
