Mr. Luc Rodier joined RONA in 2005 as Quebec District Manager for its RONA and Reno-Depot stores.
Prior to joining RONA, Mr. Rodier was Sales Director and General Manager for an important Canadian manufacturer for eight years, in charge of Canada, Europe and Asia.
In 2008, he became Senior Director of the Adrenaline Project and boosted
sales of RONA's Ontario stores. In 2010, Mr. Rodier was appointed Regional Vice President for Ontario and in 2011 he was appointed Vice President of Retail for Western Canada.
He was promoted to Executive Vice President of Retail in December 2011 and now leads retail activities across Canada for the RONA, Reno-Depot and Marcil banners and oversees service to affiliate dealers. His responsibilities include sales and support, customer experience and market development for the contractor and professional segment.
