Dr. Lowell Hellervik, Ph.D., is a co-founder of PDI Ninth House and an acknowledged business pioneer with expertise in leadership personnel management (PDI). In 2012, Korn/Ferry acquired PDI. Under Dr. Hellervik's leadership, PDI developed from a modest, regional consultant firm to a leading, global management consulting organization with
850 personnel across more than 30 operating offices throughout the world. Additionally, he is the co-founder and chairman of OMNI, a company that develops HR software and specializes in talent management and talent selection. Dr. Hellervik earned his psychology Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, where he also holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor on the adjunct faculty. He appreciates contributing his wide experience and avant-garde expertise to his area and has endowed several academic seats at the University of Minnesota.
