The founder of High Point Academy, Inc., Lori Manning led the nonprofit charter school to nearly triple its number of students by its third year and to achieve higher academic ratings than nearby schools. Lori Manning also served as the executive director of ZES Educational Services, an after-school program to benefit students at High Point Academy
by providing them with extracurricular activities, homework assistance, and other academic support.
Prior to her career in education, Lori Manning spent many years in the field of sports as a softball coach. She worked for institutions such as North Greenville University, Dave's School of Hitting and Pitching, Anderson University, and St. Gregory's University. During her undergraduate career, she held the position of assistant softball coach and assistant facility coordinator at Oklahoma Baptist University. She also earned mention as Female Athlete of the Year.
Currently, Lori Manning has returned to school to obtain a master's in business administration from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.
