Lois Jacobs is chief executive officer of Landor Associates, based in the London and New York offices.
Prior to joining Landor, Lois was CEO of Fitch, a global retail and brand consultancy within WPP. She opened offices in Beijing, Moscow, and Atlanta, recording three years of consecutive growth. Lois led a reinvention of the agency’s strategic
process and worked both with retailers and brands sold in retail environments. Clients came from diverse industries and included Lexus, Dell, adidas, and Target.
