Llew joined FPE Capital in April 2012, having co-invested with and worked alongside members of the FPE Capital team during the investment in EIS Optics, which was exited successfully in October 2011. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of the investment cycle, from deal origination, due diligence and execution through ongoing board
representation and exit management.
Prior to joining the team, he worked for six years at Nova Capital Management, a private equity firm specialising in acquiring multiple small to medium sized businesses in single transactions and improving them through significant operational interaction. He graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Natural Sciences in 1998, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2002 and subsequently worked there in corporate finance for a number of years.
