Lisa has 20 years’ experience in customer facing support and service roles. She joined Workplace in 1993, in her current role she is responsible for the project management and implementation of client solutions globally.
She has implemented global service best practise ensuring consistent and quality service delivery to clients around the world.
Prior to running the services team Lisa ran the support team within Workplace for over 10 years ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
