Lily joined Covington in November 2000. Lily is responsible for assessing new business opportunities, negotiating and structuring transactions and actively advising investee companies in a variety of sectors with a focus in the life sciences sector.
Prior to joining Covington, Lily held various management positions within several early-stage
healthcare companies where she provided expertise in finance, operations and strategic direction. Lily holds an MBA from York University with a specialization in Strategic Management. She also holds a Master of Science from the Department of Immunology at the University of Toronto.
Lily currently sits on the Board or functions as an observer on the Board of several portfolio companies.
