Lilach is iAngels’ Partner and Head of Partnerships & Legal, that brings more than a decade of business and legal experience from top tier companies in both sectors.
Lilach has recently served as the business development manager of Ellomay Capital, a public investment and development fund where she was in charge of identifying, negotiating
and executing multi millions Euros cross-border transactions. Before joining Ellomay Capital, Lilach has worked for 6 years at S.Horowitz & Co. as a senior associate at the Hi-Tech and Business Department. Lilach has specialized in M&A, venture capital, international commercial transactions and provision of a broad range of legal services to various high-tech and start-up companies. Before joining the business world, Lilach has also taught law students & conducted academic research at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzeliya. Prior to her studies, she has served as a Lieutenant in Israel’s leading technological Intelligence unit.
Lilach holds a B.A. in Business Administration and LL.B. in Law – magna cum laude from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzeliya, where she graduated every year first on the Dean’s List.
