Lester SmithHe serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Houston-based Smith Energy Company and is also a partner of SG Interests. Mr. Smith is a trustee of Baylor College of Medicine and with his wife, Sue, founded Baylor's Honor Your Father Campaign for Prostate Cancer Research. At Baylor, Mr. Smith also serves as chairman of both the
Prostate Cancer Research Initiative and the Partnership for Bladder Cancer Research. He is also a trustee of the Houston Museum of Natural Science, board member of the Holocaust Museum Houston and of The Contemporary Arts Museum in Houston. He serves as a Director of Prostate Cancer Foundation The Lester and Sue Smith Foundation supports numerous non-profit organizations throughout the Houston area including The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the American Heart Association, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
