Leon Bian is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over two decades of leadership experience in technology sectors such as fintech, AI, big data, blockchain, and wireless. He is currently vice president of product management at Capital One Software, where he leads the development of AI-driven data security solutions for enterprise customers.
Before joining Capital One, Leon was at Intuit, where he headed cybersecurity product management and played a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive data for over 100 million customers. He also co-founded Fanglr, a startup in Silicon Valley, and significantly contributed to Graphite Software, helping to expand its global reach from 0 to 150 million smartphones. His extensive career includes key positions at LG, Motorola, DELL EMC, and IDEX Biometrics.
Leon is also a member of the MIT Sloan Alumni Board and serves as a distinguished fellow at the World Academy of Productivity Science (WAPS), where he actively contributes to the organization's mission of promoting productivity growth to foster worldwide collaboration and sustainable development.
