The study examined how AI describes real businesses, where it gets them wrong, and what structural factors determine whether a business appears in AI-generated recommendations. Published research at this level of individual business analysis remains rare in the emerging field of AI discoverability.

Before founding Signal & Structure AI, Lenise was an educator with years of experience translating complex topics into accessible learning. She now serves as Global Head of AI Innovation and Applied Learning at She is AI, where she focuses on helping professionals and organizations understand and apply AI in practical, measurable ways.

Lenise is a systems architect who designed and built the full operating infrastructure behind Signal & Structure AI from the ground up, including 82 specialized AI agents, automated scoring and reporting pipelines, MCP server integrations feeding data directly to AI platforms, and a templated content and client onboarding system. She is the author of "Protect Your Genius: The Art of Using AI Without Diluting Your Voice" and the research paper "The Invisible Business: Why Your Business Exists in the Real World But Not in AI." Her second book, "The New Word of Mouth," is currently in progress.
