Mr. Sheedy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource disciplines and aviation. He has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development and executive level experience in Human Resource strategy, organization development, recruitment, and training. A certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, he actively uses this popular
personality inventory in a constructive approach to diversity and team building in the work environment.
His work experience includes a department head position as Professor of Aerospace Studies at the University of New Hampshire, Operations Officer for a military flying squadron, and Quality Advisor to the Air Mobility Command. Mr. Sheedy retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force after many leadership and management successes; he also earned command pilot wings and an instructor pilot rating in the C-141 Starlifter.
